Dark Shadows (1966-1971) was a soap opera with an emphasis on the supernatural that has garnered a cult following in the years since it left the air. The introduction of Barnabas Collins (Jonathan Frid) catapulted the series to enormous success, capturing the public's imagination in a way that continues to endure today. Dark Shadows in the Afternoon
I would KILL for this -- not just for the cover, even though it's one of my favorite DS pictures of all time, but for the awesome article which contains what looks like a variation of the Cassandra/Adam/Barnabas/Nicholas photo that ended up on the cover of one of the new MPI releases (unless it's the same; it's hard hard to tell):
