Kenneth Bruce Bald (1920-2019) passed away this year. He will be remembered for the gorgeous art he contributed to the Dark Shadows comic strip that ran in the early 1970s, and that was recollected last summer in a special edition by Hermes Press (or you can pick up the original collection Kathryn Leigh Scott's Pomegranate Press offered us in 1996). I'm a huge fan of Bald's work, and was sad to hear of his passing.
