Cassandra managed to escape from her much less pleasant world to this one, where Barnabas summarily (and kinda accidentally) transformed her into a vampire. She's been wreaking quite a bit of havoc, especially with love birds Chris Jennings and Joe Haskell, and so Quentin and the actual Angelique have decided to, um, send her to the farm.
