I know I'm in the minority, but I can't stand Julia. She's abrasive and unpleasantly domineering with Barnabas the way she continually bosses him around, ordering him what to do and think, her jealousy of Josette. I also can't stand Grayson Hall's mannerisms of gasping frequently and batting her overly layered fake lashes. Legions of fans think GH/Julia is a goddess but I don't and am not afraid to write it here. GH, however, was awesome as Magda.
ReplyDeleteJulia is also very cruel to Willie over the long term, in ways crueller than Barnabas was. And she was ethically bankrupt when she erased Maggie's memory at Windcliff.
