Ingenues
Dark Shadows was full of 'em. Every century, every era. And even though the show eventually grew to focus almost exclusively on the exploits of Barnabas and Julia, those damsels in distress were never far away. Lest we forget, the first two years were concerned with prototypical Gothic heroine Victoria Winters' descent into the darkness surrounding Collinsport as she explored the lives of its people, people who "tonight are still only shadows in my mind, but who will soon fill the days and nights of my tomorrows."
