Again, absolutely enchanted by the way that Villanova perfectly captures the likenesses of the actors from my favorite storyline.
The dialogue, on the other hand, continues to leave a LOT to be desired. (Somehow, I can't quite hear Ben Stokes using the word "proclivities.")
Dark Shadows (1966-1971) was a soap opera with an emphasis on the supernatural that has garnered a cult following in the years since it left the air. The introduction of Barnabas Collins (Jonathan Frid) catapulted the series to enormous success, capturing the public's imagination in a way that continues to endure today.
