I'm intrigued by
Dark Shadows:
Year One (particularly how, according to this retelling, Vicki shows up
after Barnabas becomes a vampire ... that was quick!); meanwhile, back in the main title, despite some terrible dialogue (and still no answer as to why Quentin is a werewolf again), I have to admit, the return of Nicholas Blair is quite, quite welcome ... and I'm digging the demonic cat eyes.
Barnabas
fights for his very soul! But is it even worth saving? The Collinwood
estate is rocked to its core. Some allies will not survive this
conflict! The cataclysmic future of 1984 will be changed this issue, but
will it be for the better or the worse?
A blood-thirsty monster terrorizes the people of Collinsport! As the
bodies pile up, the Collins' family faces an unspeakable truth: the
killer is one of their own! The vengeance of Angelique hits Barnabas and
his family hard--- and threatens to tear them, and the innocent
townspeople, apart! Plus: Victoria Winters appears at the estate, but
will anyone believe her warnings? Or will her tales of time-travel and
vampires get her burned at the stake? The retelling of the classic "Dark
Shadows" history continues here!
Check out the rest of the
Dark Shadows issues
