We're back! Here, once again, is the on-going comic strip inspired by our beloved Dark Shadows that I've been working on for the last twelve (!) years or so.
Here's the last week of season 12, which will be followed by the premiere of Season 13! Catch us daily for the next four months or so, with color strips on Sundays! PREVIOUSLY ON DARK SHADOWS: THE COMIC STRIP SERIES: Two Angeliques?!? It happened! The current, less-evil of the two was murdered in Parallel Time and found herself trapped there in that universe's version of hell, and it was up to husband Quentin to get her back! That didn't go so well: the Angelique of 1795, in the moment she cursed Barnabas, was conjured into 1969 instead! Jealous of Barnabas' budding relationship with (and engagement to!) Dr. Julia Hoffman, Angelique began a deadly Dream Curse that effected almost everyone in the great house of Collinwood ... a curse that culminated with Julia's transformation into a vampire!
Meanwhile, husbands Joe and Chris Haskell-Jennings were dealing with their own not-so-amazing problem ... the wicked, wily spirit of Nathan Forbes had followed Angelique from the past and became lodged in Chris's body. Tired of being without his own reliable flesh and blood, Forbes demanded that Joe bring forth a certain evil sorcerer to get him out.
And the undead Julia revealed plans of her own ... plans that included murderous caretaker Matthew Morgan ... for she had uncovered his true identity ...
