1968: The Wedding of Maggie Evans and Nicholas Blair
I pitied Maggie so much in this plot point because she seemed at loose ends without Joe and willing, in her goodness, to "be supportive of her husband" in literally everything. It's great fun to speculate whether or not Nicholas evaded Diabolos, gained "his Maggie" and they lived happily ever after. Fuel for fanfiction, ha!
