Dark Shadows (1966-1971) was a soap opera with an emphasis on the supernatural that has garnered a cult following in the years since it left the air. The introduction of Barnabas Collins (Jonathan Frid) catapulted the series to enormous success, capturing the public's imagination in a way that continues to endure today. Chris Jennings and the Leviathans
Found these on deviantart. I'd love another DS comic strip/book/series/anything, really; jebus, there's SO MUCH TALENT out there!
(Leviathans forever! Damn the haters; man the torpedoes; full steam ahead! Ahem ... I mean, I've spoken copiously on the subject of my love for the Leviathan storyline before: Angelique's return to darkness; the reappearance of Nicholas Blair; lots and lots and lots of Chris Jennings; Barnabas vamping on everyone who crosses his path; did I mention lots of Chris Jennings? And ... that is s'posed to be a "Scream" pastiche/homage in the above illo, yeah?)
