Previously on Dark Shadows: The Comic Strip Series: Through a trick in time -- backwards as well as sideways -- there are now two Angelique Collins. One ventured into Parallel Time and was killed there. The other was shot forward from 1795, at the moment she prepared to lay the curse of the vampire on her murderous husband, Barnabas. That Angelique, with no knowledge of the future, and jealous of Barnabas' new fiancee, Dr. Julia Hoffman, began a Dream Curse that has impacted most of the Collins family and their friends. Meanwhile, Quentin Collins ventured into Parallel Time to rescue the spirit of his own beloved Angelique ... and failed. Or ... has he?
Dark Shadows (1966-1971) was a soap opera with an emphasis on the supernatural that has garnered a cult following in the years since it left the air. The introduction of Barnabas Collins (Jonathan Frid) catapulted the series to enormous success, capturing the public's imagination in a way that continues to endure today.
