After Barnabas and Angelique breached the barrier, actions taken in that world began to affect their Collinwood ... horrifically. Julia Hoffman became a vampire and sought to transform everyone in the great house into one of her undead minions. Fortunately, young David Collins holds the power of the Phoenix of the Ages, which Angelique figured might be able to destroy Parallel Time forever, hopefully curing their own ailing world. What no one counted on was that Laura Collins, David's mother and Angelique's mortal enemy, would put in her own appearance to help her son ...
